Said they can't send me a returns receipt, I haven't a printer and that I'll have to pay the shop to do it, sent me the wrong items and not helpful

Awful. Needed a return label but live chat wasn’t working, so emailed but didn’t get back in time so I had to pay £5 for a tracked return then JD refused to refund me.
