Hi Patricia,
Thanks for taking the time to write a review. Your furniture was delivered using the direct home delivery service not our own delivery team. The driver who took the photos is not employed by JB or the manufacturers so I fear those photos have never been passed on. Any problems with your furniture needed to be reported to ourselves. We will call you today to discuss the problem you have with the chair and have the issue resolved asap.
