Awful product

The gilet I bought was terrible quality, it fluffed up the first time I had it on. Far too expensive for the flimsy product.

We are sorry to hear you are disappointed with your recent purchase of the Alpaca Moss Stitch Gilet. This product is knitted using an open style knit, giving it a light and lofty feel. I am sorry you feel it is flimsy, but I can assure you it will be wonderfully warm and comfortable, thanks to the fullness of the knitting style. A certain amount of fluffing is normal for a pure natural fibre such as alpaca, this is simply the loose fibres coming free when first worn. This is only temporary and easily removed with the fingertips. Once removed, a gentle handwash will prevent the fluffing from re-occurring.
