As you were provided with a hire car, we had to involve the hire car company to contact you to organise this, along with the repairer. We do try to minimise contact with other parties and handle as many aspects of the claim as possible. Your feedback is useful and we will look to improve on touch points within the process. Excellent service
They were a little hard to get hold of initially, but once the claim had been reported everything went extremely well. Very impressed with the service received.
