Kindly allow us to explain that when booking online, you are acting as your own travel agent and therefore, it is your responsibility to ensure all pertinent information applicable to your reservation has been reviewed, understood, and agreed to. Please note, prior to applying payment and confirming the reservation you were advised that once booked, it was 100% non-refundable, and no changes permitted. When you contacted our office to advise of the mistake, we reached out to the supplier who reiterated that the booking is 100% nonrefundable and non-changeable within 21 days of departure. Please feel confident we do value your business and assure you of our very best intentions at all times.
