Really awful!
Takes forever to get an agent. Agents are TERRIBLE! they do not know how credits and vouchers work. It is hard to get same agent even when you have extension. Website is difficult to navigate.

I called to ask about two different resorts and the agent had knowledge about both and it was easy then to make our decision. We also booked out park/sleep/fly hotel with them and it was cheaper...
