thank you for your response. I have sent an email to your customer service regarding the refund, if it can be refunded to the different credit card. So far I didn't receive any response from you via the email, but now I read here that you already refunded.
The card that I used is a prepaid Visa card that I got as a gift from my work, not connected to any particular bank, and I'm not even sure that it can be refunded. On top of it, I had a balance of €300 on the card, after your charge which was supposed to be €144 i have €24.92 left. I didn't use this card for anything else. I am also contacting my work to see what happened, but would you mind checking/sending me a proof of transaction that you only charged €144? Unfortunately, with this card I cannot see the bank statement so I cannot verify what happened.
