I trust this message finds you well. We would like to sincerely apologise and regret for the inconvenience caused to you. Unfortunately as mentioned on our website it is advisable to re-confirm the tour departure details 48 hours prior to the start of the tour as this tour has a minimum passenger requirement of 8 people, if this is not met the tour would either be rescheduled for another date or cancelled with a full refund. We understand it isn't the best situation to be in but it does not remain feasible for our local partner to run the tour in such cases. We do apologise for the inconvenience caused and hope you understand our situation in this. We have processed your full refund and this should reflect in your account within 3-5 working days depending on your bank. thank you for your response. I have sent an email to your customer service regarding the refund, if it can be refunded to the different credit card. So far I didn't receive any response from you via the email, but now I read here that you already refunded. The card that I used is a prepaid Visa card that I got as a gift from my work, not connected to any particular bank, and I'm not even sure that it can be refunded. On top of it, I had a balance of €300 on the card, after your charge which was supposed to be €144 i have €24.92 left. I didn't use this card for anything else. I am also contacting my work to see what happened, but would you mind checking/sending me a proof of transaction that you only charged €144? Unfortunately, with this card I cannot see the bank statement so I cannot verify what happened. Thank you in advance, A. Arandjelovic

We have reversed the refund as per your request but since the refund is an automated process we will not be able to refund in any other card except for the one used to make the transaction. If you do not want refund on the card we can offer you a gift voucher code for the same amount. Our gift vouchers are valid for one year duration and you can use it to book any tour on our website. We have more than 5000 tours in 60 different countries. We have emailed the same to you from support@isango.com and would request you to please respond to that email at the earliest so that we may generate the gift voucher for you.
