Good to see the city and use for stopping off
Did not really require or receive service apart from the odd occasion when our ticket was checked as we boarded. No interaction from staff on board.

What service? The website? I have sent a complaint asking for a credit for a different location and haven't to hear anything. Mentor was a complete waste of money and did not meet the advertise...
