We're sorry to hear that you haven't found the product user friendly. In regards to the shape, every breast is different and unique. While InvisiBra works well for a lot of women, it may not be right for everyone.
Website error wouldn't let me purchase an item - almost instant reply from services meant I had the item as if there was no issue :)
