I am sorry your order is yet to be received. As emailed to you earlier, your order shipped to Finland on the 9th Dec via International Tracked post. Due to seasonal demand you can expect delayed to domestic and international mail at this time of the year which is beyond our control. On average mail to Finland can take 3-7 business days but can take longer due delays and possibly customs processing. Unfortunately Royal Mail do not consider mail to Europe as lost until 20 working days but hopefully you will receive before this. Sorry for any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.
