We apologise for the technical hiccup regarding the online system, however, it seems that the information regarding the Public Liability Cover you selected was not passed over from MoneySuperMarket to our system, hence why it was not included on your policy. We are pleased though that you noticed this and got in contact with us so we could add it on to your policy, ensuring you have the cover you need.

Easy & straight forward but could be better.
The online system loaded the wrong gender from Money Supermarket so I had to call also. Other than that it was easy & straight forward.
