Thanks your for your response and I am sorry you have not found the service to your satisfaction. We received your application from your agent on 13/7/15 - the application was dated 8/7/15. The start date on the application was clearly indicated 1/8/15 and we set up your payment schedule accordingly. The first payment of £3.69 was taken on 03/08/15 with the next payment planned for September. Can I suggest you speak to your broker regarding the application issues you have raised as we can only process what is presented to us in terms of instructions and client details.
