Simon - please accept my apologies but I can confirm that would certainly not have been the case of any comment. Having operated in this market for many years in a number of companies, , we as most other companies try to base payments and start dates of policies around the first of the month which usually coincides with payday. We do not expect our clients to pay before their due date and any comments made would have reflected the understanding we have with clients of that unwritten rule.
