Our Travel Directors are carefully handpicked based on knowledge and experience, and yet, they must still undergo further training to ensure the highest standards of professionalism are met. We're therefore surprised and troubled to learn of the experiences you had with the Travel Director and we have consequently forwarded your comments to our Operations team. They will conduct further analysis and address these concerns with him directly to ensure a better experience going forward. Regarding additional baggage, as seen in the booking conditions, due to limited motor-coach capacity, a single piece of luggage is allowed per person, provided its size is within the listed dimensions. A charge of US$6/CA$6 or local currency equivalent per travelling day will be collected by the Travel Director if a second piece of luggage is permitted to be carried, or if the suitcase exceeds weight or size limits. Carry-on/hand luggage is restricted to one piece per person and must fit the listed dimensions as well, so that it may be placed under your seat or in the small overhead compartment. Hand luggage handling is the responsibility of each guest and must be taken on and off the coach by you each day of the guided holiday.
