We sincerely apologise for the limited time to explore the Versailles gardens. We understand how disappointing it must have been to feel rushed, particularly in such a renowned and beautiful location.
Regarding portage, we are very sorry for the inconvenience. While portage is included in your tour, there are occasions when smaller or more traditional hotels may not have the facilities or staff to provide this service. We understand this can be frustrating, and we apologise for any discomfort this may have caused.
We are also sorry to hear that some of the hotels did not meet your expectations and that the dining options were not to everyone’s taste. Your comments about the welcome dinner and the overall organisation of the tour are concerning, and we regret that this impacted your enjoyment.
