The hotel accommodations were poor. Hotel in Barcelona was dirty and full of mold. The included dining and optional dining was awful. Food was poor quality and not appealing.
Pol and branch not up to par as our hotel - dirty bathroom mold and only one cup coffee maker for an entire tour

They undergo thorough training and possess extensive knowledge of the region in which they operate. However, we apologise for the negative experience with some hotels. We expect all our appointed hotels to meet our high standards. Your feedback has been shared with our Quality Control Department for further review and appropriate action.
Great itinerary. More walking and at a brisker pace than the information suggests. Some days were over 5 miles, divided into 2 sections.

Very well presented with a very knowledgable tour director.. Driver was exceptional especially on the very narrow, twisty roads. Maybe one too many cathedrals but that is a personal choice. Loved all...
