At Insight Vacations, we create our dining experiences to reflect each destination's rich and authentic flavours. It disappoints us to learn that you felt the meals on the tour fell short of the high standards we are recognised for.
Many of our guests enjoy the possibility of showing appreciation to our dedicated team, so we provide the option to pre-pay gratuities or extend them at the end of the tour. Still, all gratuities remain voluntary; however, we truly regret to learn of any discomfort caused by their request.
We were also truly troubled to learn of your disappointment with our Travel Director's actions on this trip, and we would like to confirm that these have been raised with their Manager directly to address and ensure that these concerns do not affect our guests going forward.
