Thank you for informing us about the wonderful time you had on the Britain and Ireland Explorer trip with Insight Vacations. Whilst we are happy to hear that you thoroughly enjoyed the itinerary provided, we, however, are truly disappointed to learn that you felt our Travel Director did not live up to the standards that you have come to know and expect from Insight Vacations. This is not a typical situation and we would like you to know that your concerns have been shared with our internal team for further review to ensure that events like these do not affect our guest experience going forward. Moreover, we sincerely hope to have the opportunity to restore your full faith in our guided holidays in the near future.
