We are delighted to hear that your Travel Director and Coach Driver went above and beyond to ensure an enjoyable time throughout the trip. However, we regret to learn that not all aspects of your trip were as you had hoped. We will be sure to share your concerns in regards to the accommodation provided with our team to see where improvements could be made to the itinerary going forward. Nevertheless, we still hope that you were able to make lots of amazing memories of your time in Ireland and Britain.

Too much time on the coach and not enough time in the villages. Leave off Liverpool and Shakespeare. Get to towns earlier in the day so we can explore. Need more time at spa hotels. They open...
