Please allow us to clarify that our optional experiences are designed to offer guests the flexibility to personalise their holiday according to their own interests. We understand that not every traveller wishes to participate in every activity, which is why these experiences are offered separately. This allows guests the freedom to tailor their itinerary, while the core tour remains inclusive of major highlights. For logistical and operational reasons, guests who choose not to take part in optional experiences may need to make their own arrangements back to the hotel, as the coach will be in use for the scheduled activity. We do recognise your concerns regarding safety and assure you that our Travel Directors are available to offer guidance and assistance to help ensure our guests feel confident navigating their surroundings. We are grateful that you still found value in many aspects of the tour, and we sincerely regret that the pacing and number of optional experiences impacted your overall enjoyment. That said, we are very sorry to learn of your disappointment regarding the cancellation of your original tour, particularly after it had been confirmed as a definite departure. We completely understand how frustrating and unsettling this must have been, especially when travel plans and leave are often arranged well in advance. While we are glad that a suitable alternative was found to align with your original dates, we fully acknowledge the inconvenience caused and sincerely apologise for any stress or uncertainty this situation may have created. We also appreciate your comments regarding the standard of accommodation. While we aim to offer comfortable and well-situated properties throughout our journeys, we regret that not all the hotels met your expectations.
