We are truly sorry to hear that your experience on the Best of Italy tour did not meet your expectations and that what should have been a memorable bucket-list journey left you feeling disappointed. We deeply regret that the pacing of the itinerary felt rushed and did not allow you the time to properly savour the beauty, cuisine, and culture of Italy. Your comments about the quality of included meals, particularly the gas station lunches and the farm-to-table experiences, as well as the standard of accommodation—aside from the final hotel—are concerning and have been noted. We're sorry to hear that these elements fell short of what you expected from an Insight Vacations journey. It’s particularly disheartening to learn that this was your second trip with us and that, regrettably, it will be your last.
