We regret that the pace of the local guided tours was too demanding for some in your group and that the free time was insufficient, particularly for those with medical needs. Your concerns regarding the presence of the Travel Director during local excursions and the clarity around flexibility to opt out of group activities are also noted with sincere apologies.
Regarding coach seating, please know that seat rotation is designed not only to promote fairness but also to enhance the overall experience and foster interaction among guests. Nonetheless, we are sorry this arrangement left you feeling uncomfortable.
