A very nice customer care person called and had me remeasure. I measured incorrectly the first time. They are sending me a new size brief and I’ll try it to see if it corrects the problem. She feels the too tight brief is causing too much pressure on my muscles/nerves. Very helpful. Will update when I receive and try the new size. Thanks

I am on my 3rd size of shorts. Continue to have very uncomfortable/shocking type experiences unless I leave the level very low and only feel electrical impulses on top of legs and buttocks. Very disappointed in this technology and wish I hadn’t paid for this. Large amount time spent, large amount of money for uncomfortable ineffective technology.

I started using innovo on October 27, 2021. It worked until November 10, 2021. They sent a smaller size to me. It worked seven times. I contacted customer service and was told on December 2, 2021...

Couldn't use the product but customer service was very helpful.
I only learned that my hip replacement meant I couldn't use this after I read the manual. It was buried in the FAQs.

Bad customer service
I tried to contact them to cancel very soon after placing my order. And of COURSE they conveniently didn’t see it until AFTER I received the order. Now I have to go through the steps to return it.
