Its a mute point: We are a private Co. with clear T's & C's and clear customer guidance. We explained why 7 of your items had nil value, and pointed you to clear guidance within our site & in emails. Instant Inks are supplied direct by Hp contractually for you to send them back to HP ONLY as you agreed to under their terms. They don't pay you, but they are priced accordingly under their "Just in time" Instant Ink Programme you signed up to. You failed to understand & comply with their conditions, as again you did with ours, & we, as a private Co. do not pay for these as fully explained. From your feedback, you still appear not to understand this. We suggest you speak with Hp's Instant Ink Programme. Further, the 2 Canon inks were not Canon but copies (remanufactured), We also make this very clear in correspondance & in our site. This too was fully explained: THERE IS NOTHING STOPPING YOU FROM RETURNING ALL WASTE INKS TO THE MAKERS IN FUTURE FOR RECYCLING. They won't pay you, but we have, 100%for appropriate inks as made abundantly clear, & on the very same day you provided a PayPal email.
