The only good thing I can say is that they honoured their obligation to refund. Didn't provide the product I wanted and blamed the courier. I would certainly not use them again.

None of this alters the fact that you were advertising a product that was not available from stock. The alternative offered was totally unsuitable. I was disappointed in the fact that you shifted blame to your courier. Rather unprofessional in my opinion. Would neither use you or recommend you on that basis alone. But at least your refund was quick and fulfilled.
