Hi Michelle Thank you for your review we really appreciate it. I believe I was the person who answered your initial request. As stated previously our Payment processing company, were the company that cancelled your order stating that your payment had not completed. This is a fully automated service and totally out of our control. You had an email from us again which is automated, confirming your order had been cancelled, which is why you contacted us. Upon contacting us we immediately checked Worldpay's payment record and could see trhat we had received the payment, and we sent your order out immediately. Whilst I appreciate your loss of confidence in us, I can assure you that the systems that we have put in place, as mentioned above are there to ensure that should something like this happen, it is picked up on. Worldpay are one of the worlds largest payment processors in fact you probably transact through them unknowingly every day. I hope this helps put your mind at rest. Kind Regards . Jared
