Thank you for your feeback and sorry to hear you've had this experience. The price of the PRINCE2 exams are dictated by Peoplecert, the accrediting body and sole examining institute for the certification, as we have to purchase all exams directly from them.
We do recommend that before booking your exams, you have completed the e-learning and passed the online exam simulator, which you can take as many times as you would like, to ensure you're fully prepared for the real thing.
