communications was prompt from querying the course up to actually doing the course.
I needed to learn how to use MP for my new role. I enrolled onto the training course and I have learnt a lot. I would highly recommend the course to anyone who isn't familar to MP

Poor experience. Terrible - you have to buy the exam insurance in case you fail - but they don’t tell you if you don’t, and fail, a re-sit will be $800. Money making scheme

Thank you for your feeback and sorry to hear you've had this experience. The price of the PRINCE2 exams are dictated by Peoplecert, the accrediting body and sole examining institute for the certification, as we have to purchase all exams directly from them.
We do recommend that before booking your exams, you have completed the e-learning and passed the online exam simulator, which you can take as many times as you would like, to ensure you're fully prepared for the real thing.
