Sorry to hear you were not satisfied with the training you received. We pride ourselves on setting high standards across our Training courses and as you may have seen on the whole our reviews are extremely positive. We can confirm that a two week deadline for returning your project is the IOSH standard - however under circumstances where you need extra time due to illness etc, you can get an extension, but this has to be requested and then approved by IOSH. Yes I've read the reviews. Mostly about your own facilities (free coke etc). Very little about the course itself or the level of training. The least that I would expect from a trainer is to train in accordance with the training material, especially if you are to be tested on a acronym and the trainer runs through something different to those notes. I had to point out twice that what he was saying was totally different from what the training material was stating. I feel that if I hadn't been on the course this wouldn't have been picked up. This is understandable as most people just go through the motions and look upon an offsite training course as a day out - hence the comments being more about your facilities than the content. I really have nothing else to add. I do not intend going on any future courses held by yourselves and would recommend you to my fiercest competition.
