Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

I wish to change my review as I have contacted over 50 on 2 occasions since I posted that review. I don't know if one was supposed to jump through hoops to receive the M&S voucher, I assumed it was automatic (silly me in this day and age) nevertheless I've received no response or voucher although they were quick to respond to my positive review.

Hi the voucher is automatic and you should have received this now. The voucher is sent within 10 days of the 30 day colling off period and so you will have received it within this timeframe.

Thank you very much I did eventually receive a voucher. I don't know if it states anywhere on your site about the conditions for the receipt of any voucher it may be in your T/Cs (who reads those!) But thanks again and I did feel it necessary to change my review once again.
