We independently collect feedback on behalf of the businesses that work with us. Our platform only reaches out to verified buyers, so you can be sure you’re reading reviews from real customers.

Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Dear Learner, We are sorry to hear that you felt disappointed with certain points when purchasing property course materials through MOL. Unfortunately (As discussed on Friday) the rules around membership benefits are set by ARLA and therefore are beyond our control. Regarding the online signature issue we are piloting an online application & payment portal for learners to purchase our online Property courses, this should make the ordering process easier in the future.
