We independently collect feedback on behalf of the businesses that work with us. Our platform only reaches out to verified buyers, so you can be sure you’re reading reviews from real customers.

Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Thank you for you feedback. We are truly sorry you feel we haven’t been clear around our price reduction we have made every effort to ensure people are aware. Price reductions are not something MOL do very often but while the property industry was closed down we felt it was right that we charge 80% of our fee as many people who wanted to study were on furlough and only earning 80% of a wage. We communicated this intention across all our social media channels and created custom website banners, PropertyMark also sent out communications to make people aware of our intentions. We are sorry you feel the discount wasn’t ended in the most appropriate way and our service wasn’t up to the high standards we set ourselves. The reduced price was a genuine attempt to support property professionals during these difficult times and deadlines were not advertised from the start as we didn’t know how long the property sector was going to be in lockdown for.
