Have one pair bought several years ago - ordered two new pairs as need to wear comfortable boots all the time (Drs orders!). Find them very comfortable. Have many pairs of Hotter shoes too!

The outbound delivery charge of £4.50 which covers postage and packaging is non refundable. The size 5 were too tight lengthwise, left foot only, so I ended up having to buy half size larger as never before with Hotter brand.
