Bought a pair of boots online, P&P was £4.95. They didn't fit, Hotter wanted £2.95 to send them back. Will never buy online again as it costs £7.90 to not get any footwear.

Hi Richard, thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear the Whisper Wide were unsuitable. We can advise the £3.95 outbound delivery charge which covers postage and packaging is non refundable. If an item is returned for refund using the pre-paid returns service, there is a £2.95 returns postage charge against the refund. We try to make this clear in our catalogues and on our website. Please be assured your feedback will be passed on to the relevant departments.

I love Hotter boots. This will be my third pair. Unfortunately I was told I would have to wait until October for them to arrive.
I have now been told that delivery will be further delayed.
