My husband & I only buy hotter shoes & have done so for years . They are always perfect . But not these. No zips worked . We have worked hard to free them with limited success. It is so disappointing...

One of the boots was faulty, the zip was incorrectly fitted causing a bulge which rubbed against the ankle on the interior. The appearance of the boot was unsightly and very noticeably different...
