I am having problems with one velcro strap staying closed. This is unusual for Hotter. I have more than a dozen pairs of shoes, boots and trainers with no prior problems.

A disaster; the toe box is so hard that my toe hurts. The shoe itself is far too wide for my slim foot, and the Velcro only catches on a small area.
