Contacted during stay and they contacted park about tv signal to ask for it to be looked at. Unfortunately felmoor and brockenfield staff did not sort or give update.Was provided with customer care...

Because we booked through hoseasons the staff refused to let us pay extra to upgrade to a different (hopefully clean and suitable) chalet/caravan.
