Poor quality pot bound plants
This was my second order from Hopes Grove. First one I got great quality plants. This time most of the plants I was sent were pot bound... only the bare root ones were worth having. Won't be using...

Apologies for the delay in responding to your concerns about the Osmanthus being pot bound.
I have checked with the horticulturalist and he has said that the strong root system should only benefit the growth once planted. However we have made notes on your order and should you have any problems with this plant then do not hesitate to contact us.
