Order and money taken on the 12th January 2017 and I am now told the mirror is not expected for delivery until the end February 2017 (Hopefully).

I am sorry to hear you are unhappy with the wait on your mirror, for this I am very sorry.
In all of our listings for the mirrors that are out of stock, the leads times are uploaded and the button to add this to the checkout cart shows as 'pre-order' we do this so that customers are well informed of the lead times before checking out to hopefully void disappointment, we then send over an email to ensure the customer was aware of the wait and is happy to continue with their order.
If you wish to receive a full refund and I can let you know when the mirrors arrive in stock this is absolutely fine.

Mirror not in stock - original end January late delivery is now going to be end February! Very unhappy about paying and getting nothing for 2 months.

Hello, I am terribly sorry to learn that you are not a happy customer. As I can see this mirror was in fact due to be in with us at the end of January however after some delays at the manufacturer it is going to be the end of February. If there was anything we could do to get these mirrors in sooner I can assure you we would do it. Payment in our checkout is immediate however if you wish to receive a full refund and I can let you know when the mirror is back in stock this is an option.
My mirror arrived in brilliant time with a 1hr delivery slot, when the mirror arrived there were no screws in the box I rang the company and there customer service was brilliant screws were sent out...
Received the wrong mirror initially. Response to emails were not great.

I have looked into this and it was me personally that dealt with the issue that happened with your mirror. As I understand a White mirror had been packaged in a Black mirror box (by the supplier) as we discussed on the telephone which was an honest mistake and we sent out a new mirror very same day you reported this issue to us for a swap out on a next day service.
