Thank you for replying with your feedback. I am very sorry for your experience of Holiday Hypermarket. I understand you needed to cancel the holiday and this was done at loss of deposit. Unfortunately these charges are set directly by the tour operator and we have no control over them. In some cases, travel insurance policies can cover cancellations but this is very dependent on the policy purchased. I am sorry we could not resolve the problem on this occasion due to the tour operators terms and conditions.
