Thank you for taking the time to review your recent holiday. I am pleased to see you rated Holiday Hypermarket service highly as this is something we do strive to achieve with all our customers. I am however, very sorry to read that your hotel was not up to standard. This is not the standard we would expect for any of our customers and for that I am genuinely sorry. I have taken your comments about follow up calls from us would have been preferred and this has been noted by our customer service management. Hopefully this is a comment we can take on board and stay in touch with customers locally if they are experiencing problems. I was also disappointed when reading the resort staff did not handle the situation as well as they could. We can take this issue up with the tour operator in writing now you are back in the UK and they will address the issues you experienced whilst on holiday. I am pleased to see how much you enjoyed Italy! This resort looks stunning and is definitely on list of places to see so I love to see good reviews of the area!
