However, I am sorry to see the hotel did not live up to expectations and I am especially concerned to read you are not well. Cases like this are very rare but when they do occur it is important for us to address these issues with the tour operator. Once you are feeling up to it if you would like to discuss the issues in further detail please don't hesitate to get in touch and we discuss the steps of taking the issues up with the operator and hopefully get these resolved. In the meantime, I hope you make a speedy recovery. Stomach bugs are awful and I know this can take time to feel 100% better.
