Thank you for taking the time to offer feedback on your recent holiday. I have checked the details and I can see you were booked on a Flybe flight as part of a package holiday with Thomson. I am sorry about the confusion, could I just confirm we e mailed you the Thomson Airways inflight information? I am also disappointed to read the lack of communication from your Holiday Advisor in resort. We understand how important this information is and how frustrating it would be not having this to hand.
