I was sorry to hear the hotel didn’t meet your expectations I can imagine how upsetting this can be when you want to relax around the swimming pool. Thank you for providing us with feedback from your recent holiday. I am sorry to hear the information was incorrect regarding the à la carte restaurants. We have investigated this and we can confirm we gave the information provided by the tour operator. We have now raised this directly with them and we hope to hear from them soon. Our Customer Service department is now handling your complaint with the operator and we hope to get this resolved as soon as possible.
