Thank you for sending feedback from your recent holiday. I am very sorry you have had an negative experience whilst away. We would certainly expect the room to be made up in time for the guests arrival.
I am pleased you were moved to a different room type but I can understand your frustration with the holiday. Please don't hesitate to contact our Customer Service Team if they can help you further with your holiday experience. I am glad once you arrived in resort the weather was good - Egypt is normally a safe bet for the weather and they do get amazing summers.
We are currently working on a system that will email as much of your documentation that we can. Some operators still require us to print tickets and invoices and post them to customer but we understand this can be improved on and we are hoping to make this possible at the start of next year.
