Error with original booking. No service call. I found out when I chased.
Mixed. Two great agents, Stuart and Nathan. The rest had no service first, nor regard for the panic I was in about my booking. The original holiday cost was deducted albeit the actual holiday we took...

Thank you for your honest review, we can see that the refund is in progress so should be with you shortly. It does appear that your alternative arrangements including transfers were less than the original selected and you have been reimbursed for that difference. However, we apologise for the inconvenience experienced and do hope that you will reconsider booking again when we are sure we can demonstrate that a future booking would be without issue.
