The generic advice given was only an enquiry about whether you could book another room to secure a place to stay that night and this aided our understanding of your situation as a last resort. Our emergency number answered your call and we are sorry if you rang other numbers as well that were not the correct ones. We do provide clear instructions for the emergency number if required. Once our emergency team were made aware, booking another room was not necessary as you were given the key collection information you did not have. None the less, we regret your experience.

Hello Gerard, we are sorry that there was no availability for hotel you chose, however you agreed with the reallocation and if you did not approve because it did not meet your needs, we would not expect that you accepted it. We regret that this resulted in disappointment on your holiday.
