Thank you for taking the time to review you stay with us and thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to hear there were some aspects of your holiday you were not happy with. Please remember the Devon Bay team are always here to help and will aim to resolve any issues reported by guests as quickly as possible. We also have a security team who look after the park throughout the night please never hesitate to contact them. It is good to hear most of your holiday was fine and I hope we were able to attend to your when reported to us. Our location overlooking beautiful Torbay does mean we are a hilly park, we make our guests aware of this before they arrive with our courtesy pre-arrival telephone call. Sorry if the extent of the hills was not conveyed to you, always let us know if there will be an issue and we will do our very best to take this into account whenever possible. I very much hope you will come back and see us again soon.
