We understand how disappointing it must have been that your group’s accommodations were located so far apart, despite the arrangements you discussed with our bookings team. While we try to accommodate all requests, Unfortunately due to us having a variety of different grades along with many owners privately owned holiday homes, it is not always possible for us to accommodate bookings close together on the park, I am sorry this was not clearly communicated or possible during your stay. Your comments regarding staff interactions and the cleanliness of the clubhouse have been shared with our management team for review and follow-up. We always aim to provide a warm, welcoming environment and are sorry that this was not your experience on this occasion. We appreciate your feedback, as it helps us identify where improvements are needed.
