Hello, thank you for the review. I apologise you weren't made aware of the pool opening times before your arrival. During the summer we do have pool activities in the evenings suitable for kids, we also have 2 play parks, adventure golf and a beach just across the road. Hundreds of kids holiday here with their families every year and all seem to have a blast making new friends and playing games, I'm sorry this wasn't the case for you and your family. I'm pleased you've said you liked the park and have given us a 5* for staff helpfulness. We do hope you return someday.
