We are sorry that we did not meet your expectations during your recent stay. We do offer as standard 4 chairs around a table but are happy to supply further chairs if requested .Where possible we do also endeavour to relocate our guests if the original pitch is not to their liking and it is brought to our attention. We have passed your comments onto the Entertainments Manager to ensure the program of evening events runs smoothly without long gaps as you noted. We were concerned that you felt that the food quality was poor during your meal and that a staff member provided an unprofessional response when you highlighted that you felt you had been overcharged. In a case where the food quality is not deemed to our high standards we will always replace the meal and we are sorry that you had such a poor experience in the Café . On a plus side we are delighted that you appreciated the new dog exercise area and that the Reception team were polite and helpful. Thank you for taking the time to post feedback as this does allow us to continually monitor our service standards and we hope to welcome you back in the future.

Thank you for your review. We are a quiet site that is ideally situated for relaxing and exploring the beautiful Cornish countryside and beaches.

I am sorry to hear you were disappointed with your accommodation. I note from your booking notes that we did move you to a van nearer to parking, however as out fleet was full at the time we were unable to offer anything closer to the facilities. We do always try and accommodate our guests requests when we are able. We would welcome you back at the park in the future, where we will try our hardest to accommodate your request.
